Hi there, there are 3 separate rooms and a kitchen and bathroom to share. I have a ten year old black Labrador, you must love dogs, Tilda is very soft and calm. If you are interested in the spare room, I think it is best to meet May and flat mate Maria, and chat to see if we can live compatibly together, whilst checking out the room and flat. It is actually a 4 in a block, with private gardens with own back and front doors and amazing views of the Campsie's. Very quiet with fresh air yet minutes from Maryhill Road. It's not a party house but I do like to have fun. I also sew and paint. There is no bath, I have a walk in shower.
There is a train station nearby Gilshochill, 3 stops or 10 mins to Glasgow Queen street. Also buses 7 and 8 come here.
The flat is also near the canal and lots of parks. Painted floors, I will upload more photos soon. Council tax is already included in the price
