Mid week/Mon - Fri let only. Rent negotiable for shorter stays ie 2/3 nights per week. Double size room (overlooking garden) in modern (10 yr old) house, lovely bright and clean house, very quiet and peaceful location. Easy to park. Nice size garden. Woodland and green fields near by for walks. Good gym with pool/sauna facilities 5 minutes walk, close to excellent shopping at Bluewater, Lakeside and Bexleyheath. Easy access to Blackheath, Greenwich etc down A2. 2 miles from M25. 30 mins walk to Bexley or Crayford mainline stations. I work long hours across the other side of town and like peace and quiet when I get home, but some quality company, good conversation wouldn't go amiss. Additional hanging space/storage can be provided (small wardrobe) if required, likewise with a TV if needed.
