I'm looking for someone to take my room next year at Vita Student Accommodations in Lewisham!! The price is 376/pw, which is an EXTREME discount from the normal price of 521/pw. The room is 23SM, has its own bathroom and kitchen, and includes amenities like free breakfast, a TV in the room, cleaning services, a gym, free wifi, free breakfast, game room, bike store, and more. The building is conveniently located right next to the Lewisham tube and DLR/overground station, a shopping mall, Sainsbury's, and many many bus stops. I currently live in the building and it's extremely nice and well run, but unfortunately with my schooling situation I will not be able to live here next year and really need someone to take over my lease. PLEASE let me know ASAP if you're interested!
