I am looking to sublet my room from start of July to end of August. You will be living with 1 male and 1 female who are working professionals that are socialble and friendly.
We share the kitchen, living room and two bathrooms.
The closest station is Surrey Quays which is a 11-minute walk, and Canada Water which is a 17-minute walk. A community gym (Southwark Council) is located a minute away from the flat (free on Friday afternoons and weekends). There is a Tesco Extra which is a 12-minute walk located within the Surrey Quays Shopping Centre. A Tesco Express is also nearby within 3 minutes walking distance. Also, you can see Canary Wharf from afar walking around the Surrey Docks. The price includes, wifi, water, electric, gas and council tax.
There is no preference in gender.

Tenancy date: 1st July to 28th August
Rent: £1,072 per month (all inclusive)
