Due to unforeseen health circumstances within my family, I have to vacate my lovely room ASAP in a welcoming friendly shared flat in Charlton, Woolwich.

The room on offer is a standard room, priced at £800 pcm.
It includes a double bed, a self-contained en-suite with a lovely warm shower, an in-built closet, a desk, and plenty of drawers for organisation. I am happy to leave clean bedding, coathangers and cleaning supplies upon my departure if requested.

The kitchen is shared but you will have your own cupboard and fridge space, there is a cleaning closet at the end of the hallway with an ironing board and hoover.

Bills are included, and Wi-fi is provided.

There is a communal laundrette on site by the management office, which is easy to use - plenty of parking is available right outside the flats.

The flat is surrounded by some lovely green spaces: Hornfair Park, Woolwich Common, Eltham Common and Charlton Park.

There is a collection of co-ops and takeaways nearby in the local area, ALDI and B&M can be found via a 17-minute bus journey or a leisurely 30-minute walk.

The flat is right next to Queen Elizebeth Hospital, making it perfect for young working professionals in the medical sector. It is also a brilliant location for prospective students wishing to study at Greenwich University or Ravensbourne University. I myself am a mature student, and the location worked for my time at Goldsmiths in New Cross.

My current contract expires in October 2024, however, management will discuss end dates and potential extensions of stays for the right tenant.
