Looking for someone to take over my contract for academic year 24/25.

The total price of the room is £6324.00 (124pw) for 51 weeks from 14/09/24 to 06/09/25 with all bills included.

This is in St. Andrews Gardens. The room I think is the best in the property. It’s on the highest floor and it’s an en-suite so you will not have to share your bathroom with anyone.

The flat will be with 2 other girls for now(unless things change) so looking for a female to take over. The flat is really clean so would appreciate an organised person.

It is a gated property with reception and security at all times.

There is an option to pay for parking if needed.

It is literally 5 minute walk from both uni of liverpool and john moores and a 10 minute walk from town/puregym.
