Hi everyone, I'm looking for someone to take over my lovely room in this 6 beds house on Picton road, near Smithdown. This is a short tenancy takeover, as it is only for May and June. Must be a student!

The room is £119 per week but as this is such a short tenancy, I'm happy to make it £110 a week. Rent includes all bills, as well as the wifi and TV licence. The room is fully furnished and has it's own bathroom.

The house currently have 5 people living there (all my housemates are lovely!) and we have a large kitchen, living room with a big TV, and a backyard area. There's a bus stop going directly to uni and to the city centre 50m from the house, and the shops are less than 10mn away.
