We are 2 guys aged 23 and 25 and we are looking for a new housemate to share our 3 bed property which is close to both piccadilly train station and MMU etc and would be ideal for those working in the city centre or studying close by. The room is a large double and we all share a bath/shower room. The ground floor has a kitchen and large living dining area. We keep the place tidy and a new housemate would be expected to do the same. We are both working but at weekends we often socialise together and someone new would be made to feel more than welcome without us invading your privacy.
