Hey there, we have a double room for rent available from 1 October 2024 till end of June 2025.

The property is a 2 bed apartment and we are both female PhD students studying at The University of Manchester. I will be moving out at the end of October and the other tenant will be renewing the contract for another year :D

Rent will be £600 a month. We have a large spacious open plan living room, dining and kitchen and a large bathroom to share!

The property comes with a concierge desk and is incredibly safe! We have a parcel room too and it is always secure!
