I am preferably looking for a female student to take over my tenancy in a student accommodation for the month of August.

The room has its own bathroom and the kitchen is shared with four other female students. The accommodation is very close to Northumbria University and about 20 minutes walking distance from Newcastle University.

The metro station Manors and a Sainsbury's are very close. A dishwasher and washing machine are in the kitchen.
The property also has a common room and a small gym.
