One small double, furnished. Can be redecorated to your taste.
Rent very cheap for zone 2!
All mod cons except no dishwasher, no shower 🚿 - not enough pressure. Have a bath!
Outside space, with plants, quite nice.
Shared kitchen, bathroom, living room.
It's a bit cluttered, not enough decent storage, and it's a pre-war council flat, not exactly generous proportions...
4 minutes walk to the tube station, currently being refurbished, but the thameslink is pretty good.
Two decent-ish local parks in case you have a dog (I'd love that - miss mine.) and Hampstead Heath is just up the road.
I'm a lefty, but lazy, nonetheless I would prefer a flatmate/lodger who has a compatible world view 🌎 🇵🇸 ❤️😎.
