Double room available in 4 bed flat with garden in Holloway, Islington from 14th April onwards.

This will be our third year in this flat and are looking for someone to take the spare room after it has become available last minute.

You'll be sharing with 3 professionals aged between 25-27 working in the Recruitment, Hospitality and in the Emergency Services.

The flat itself is bright and spacious with an open plan kitchen and living area and shared bathroom. It has a large garden which is perfect in the summer for BBQs with a terrace off the kitchen to enjoy morning coffees or drinks after work on.

The room itself comes with a double bed, wardrobe and a chest of draws. It is perfect for working from home and has space for a desk.

The flat has easy access to Holloway Road tube station on the Piccadilly Line - only around a 10 minute walk away, with Finsbury Park and Caledonian Road also close by making access across London easy.

We are looking for someone who is sociable, but also clean, tidy and respectful of other people's spaces. We often socialise as a flat, cooking together, going to the local pubs, playing sport or walking round places such as Hampstead Heath, Finsbury Park and Stoke Newington.

The rent is £866 pcm exc bills but we have found these to be roughly around £100 a month each.
