I’m a 27 year old professional who just moved in. The landlord is my mate and lives in. The 3rd guy, Josh, just moved in as well. There is 1 room available, from the 1st of September.

I work in fintech and I’ve been in Newcastle since I was a student, from 2012. The landlord is a business owner and we’ve been mates for a few years now. Very likeminded, easy going, enjoy a pint out, a wine in and cooking, socialising, organising social evenings as well occasionally. We’re normally rather busy and one of us will always be away one or the other weekend; I really love travelling so I try to get about as much as I can. Josh shares an interest with me in documentaries and music, is part of a band and overall is a very insightful, interesting character.

We’re looking for someone likeminded and we’re happy to meet up safely and have a chat or meet during the viewing. This way we get a chance to meet you and you can meet us.

The rent above includes bills and cleaning every 2 weeks. Contracts normally run 12 months from what I understand but if you want to interrupt the contract there is a £50 fee. There’s also a deposit but no other fees.

Also, in addition to the bathroom on 1st floor, there is a toilet downstairs. No picture of that but worth mentioning.
