I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy as I am leaving to take a new job in the south.
The flat has a three bedroom available, and you will be sharing with two tenants (one is a student and another is a professional). The room will be available to rent from 1 June 2024
The flat is on Mowbray Street (NE6 5NY), and it's close to both universities. You can reach the city centre in just about 15 minutes on foot.
