Hi, so I am moving out of my attic room in a peaceful and pretty house in Jericho and I am looking for either a student or working female to move in.

The room is in the roof, I'm not sure of the exact size, but it's a good size, hopefully you can see from the pictures. You can hear the rain on the roof during storms which is calming! It has a desk and a double bed.

The house is all women, and we are independent but friendly, we sometimes eat together, and we like to play card games together and have a glass of wine in the sun at the end of the day. We also have house dinners and even pre covid had people over for outdoor banquets! We keep the house clean and we are respectful of each others lifestyles and boundaries, and the house as a community has been really supportive. It's also lovely to come down and see someone has baked!

If you are looking for a relaxing and chilled environment with woman who are all passionate in different ways but also kind hearted and looking genuine friendship, this is the house for you!

Just FYI the lights, the mirror, the chair and the plants are all mine and they will likely be gone unless you would like to buy them :D (not the plants though I love them too much)
