We are looking for a new flat mate to rent a small double room in our flat in Heavitree.

The flat is furnished but the room is only furnished with a bed. We’d be willing to buy a clothes rail for someone to move in though. It’s essentially a part-furnished small double room.

The room is £350 per month for rent. If you aren’t a student then council tax is £50 per month. Internet is £10 per month and bills vary between about £20-£30 per month. In total we pay about £420 per month each to rent the flat.

The flat is beautiful and in a really lovely location in Heavitree. It’s about a 15 minute walk into town and we have several food shops nearby. It’s also within walking distance to the university and hospital for those looking to be closer for work or study.

We are two sisters who are working professionals. We like to go out on the weekends but work Monday-Friday so are just chilled in the week normally. We’re both vegetarian so if you like veggie food then great, if not, we will convert you as we are excellent cooks!

Like most people we are clean but not tidy freaks and just want to have a nice easy going living situation. We are renting the room out as our best friend is moving to Bristol so we have space for a new person.

We both plan to move our in January 2021 so just looking for someone to rent for at least 3 months but it could be up to 5 if needed.

We are both Welsh but love Devon and know a lot of good places since moving so if you need people to show you around or want to make some new friends then we are happy to help 😊
