Double room for single occupancy in modern 2 bed flat available from early September by the historic Exeter Quayside, a 15 min walk into the city centre. You will be sharing with just me - a professional female 32 years old. Very laid back, enjoy food, coffee, walks and sightseeing.

You will have access to your own private bathroom with shower over bath. All bills are inclusive (Virgin WiFi, Freeview, water, gas, electric, council tax, TV licence). Free on street parking is available 5 mins walk from the flat. Spaces are subject to availability but never had any problems in the last 2 years. Locked bicycle storage shared by block community.

The room can be part or fully furnished depending on preference- available furniture is a wardrobe, desk, bedside table and double sofa bed. If preferred we can remove the sofa bed and you have the option of bringing your own bed.

Happy to share all communal spaces and kitchen items. Kitchen facilities include washing machine, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, slow cooker, Nutri Bullet. All pot, pans, crockery, cutlery, toaster kettle and vacuum cleaner are provided. Playstation 1, bookshelf and board games in the lounge.

Deposit £200, I am the landlord so any breakages etc dealt with very efficiently and flat is very well maintained.
