I am looking for a tenancy take over for my ensuite room as I am leaving Exeter. It is a premium ensuite in one of the best student accommodations in Exeter called the City Arcade.
The room is a premium ensuite and spacious. The kitchen is also spacious with multiple fridges, Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher etc. The accommodation is very modern. The flatmates are all friendly.
The accommodation is in the city centre and in proximity to groceries, restaurants, gym, and etc.
The rent is 189 per week inclusive of all bills. There isn't anything like it at this price. Moving in date is flexible.
