I have two rooms becoming available from 23 June 2013.

The house is in Pinhoe Road, opposite Martin's Pie Shop. It's on a main bus route & approx 12 mins walk from the town centre. The house is nicely decorated with all mod cons.

Both rooms are furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers & wardrobe. One room is £380pcm (this room is extra large with its own living area) & the other is £325pcm. This rent includes all bills, wifi, TV license & communal cleaner. The deposit is £300.

Sorry no housing benefit or pets. Not available to couples. Professionals only please (however mature students would be considered).
