Hiya, my name is Tim. I’m a ranger on Dartmoor that loves cooking, nature, running and meeting up with friends.

I’ve got two bedrooms empty with really comfy 3/4 beds. They are Ottoman beds so they lift up for lots of storage. The whole house has been renovated recently. It’s not the Ritz, but it is comfy, clean, warm, safe and friendly. The living room is spacious with a nice TV with Netflix, Amazon TV and Disney+. There is a new kitchen with everything you would need. The garden is also pretty nice on a sunny day, although I’ve still got a lot of work to do on it! There is also a washing machine, drying rack, iron press and hair dryer.

The house is in central St Thomas, 2 minute walk from St Thomas train station, bus stops and lots of shops. The centre of Exeter, or Exeter Quay, is 10-15 minute walk. The neighbourhood is really lovely.
