It is situated in a small cul-de-sac, so it's quiet and there is no traffic noise and less pollution than in the town. The house is warm & friendly and is shared by young professional and respectable people.

Outside there is plenty of parking and a garden. Suitable for a working person (not suitable for couples) with employment references.
