Heyy,

I have recently bought this lovely house in Southsea and looking for someone to rent the second bedroom, i haven’t moved in yet, so I’ll be getting this house decorated and fully furnished before you arrive! I’m getting the keys on the 15th March.

The house is a great location, walking distance to the beach, Fratton station and lots of bars/restaurants.

I am preferably looking for a female aged between 25 - 33, LQBTQ welcome. Someone who is happy socialising, as well as chilled evenings, and clean around the house ☺️
