I am moving out of this beautiful double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom at Affinity Living Riverside and need someone to take over the tenancy for the last 4 months!
Affinity Living is a great place to live with 24 hour concierge, cafes on site, communal spaces, resident mixers and an on site gym! It is also just a 15 min walk to the centre, 10 minutes to Victoria station and close to shops, quality restaurants and bars.
The apartment is pet friendly and on the 12th floor, with a spacious furnished bedroom and a stylish bathroom.
You would be sharing with one male, who is friendly and works Monday - Friday during the daytime. You will need to go through referencing with the building so if you are interested we can arrange a viewing ASAP so we can hope to move you in on Sunday 31st.
