Whilst the flat is on a busy road, it has private access with a allocated parking space available. There is lift access available. Flat is 2 minutes away from a bus stop which leads to Central Manchester and also leads towards the Trafford Centre.
Also close to Salford Royal Hospital and Salford University. Plenty of shops located around 10 minutes away at Salford Precinct. Overall, the location is really good!

I'm looking for someone who is a mature student or working professional, and preferably with a halal diet. Also someone who can clean up about themselves and is respectful of shared living spaces.
I live with my 2 year old, so I will also need someone who can deal with hearing the odd toddler cry! (But don't worry, my toddler won't disturb you).

I clean up after myself and don't have many visitors over, and spend most of my time at home in the shared living spaces.
