It's a 2b2b apartment on 11th floor in Salford/Central Manchester, 8 minutes walk to Selfridges / Exchange square. The flatmate moved back to her home country so am looking for another flatmate to share room.

It's a double size ensuite with full furnitures. You will have a spacious bathroom in the room. We will share the living room, also comes with full furnitures.

The room will be available from May 22nd. Long -term stay would be a plus but short-time stay (2 months at least) is considered as well. The price includes super-fast wifi from Hyperoptic and council tax (council band D). Utilities will be of separate charge upon usage.

The apartment has resident gym (FREE to residents), 24h reception&parcel pickup, shared workplace on ground floor and free coffee machine.
