I am looking for a student to take over my tenancy for a bronze plus en suite room at steelworks Sheffield. It is a 5 bedroom flat with 4 rooms including my own already taken. There are currently 3 other girls who are lovely, 2 of which will be going into third year and 1 in second year. Steelworks is situated perfectly in city center with a short walk to both city and collegiate campuses. The room is £155 per week for 44 weeks which totals at £6820 for the year. This is the best accommodation I have seen with a great gym, very large bedrooms, bathrooms and living rooms and other amazing amenities.
