Hi! I'm looking for a STUDENT to take over my double bed en suite room at Central Quay, Kelham island, for the summer.
The room is available from the end of May until the start of September. It is £90 per week, and in the heart of Kelham Island, and only a 5-10 minute walk from town.
The room itself is spacious, the bed is large, it has a huge desk, and a nice bathroom with a good shower. It will also be very quiet over the summer as most students will have moved away. The accommodation also has an on-site gym, communal areas with a pool table, laundry, lounge, study room and more. There is also a Tesco right outside of the building.
During the summer, 3 out of the 6 flatmates will be fully moved out, and the other 2 will only be here part time, so you will likely have the kitchen and living room to yourself too!
