In the polygon area, a room will become available on the 4th of August. A double bedroom with large space, two wardrobes a desk and side drawers. It has its own bathroom with a bath/shower, as well as an additional room for office/study space. In this extra room there is additional cupboard space, chest of drawers, mini desk and chair and freezer. This entire space is kept safe with a door and separate key. Shared living room, kitchen and additional loo for everyone on the downstairs floor. Also have access to a garden which we have already provided furniture for. Rent is £403 a month, we currently have a plan with unihome that is a bills bundle that includes broadband and TV licence for additional £124. 4 other female students live here, all friendly and tidy, and going into their 3rd year.
