The flat is sunny and quiet, and very close to Stirling University, public transport as well as the shops, local pubs and restaurants and some lovely walks nearby. The room is spacious and furnished, containing a double bed, a large cupboard and has a lovely view. Rent is £300 for weekday-only rental and no other bills. If full-time lodger, rent is £350 and includes some amenities, but not phone or council tax, (if applicable). A month’s deposit required. The flat is non-smoking (but I’m happy with a smoker flatmate as long as it’s outside) and you will be sharing with a vegetarian and a very sweet dog. The household is pretty calm.
