I am moving to a new flat on the first week of June. I would like to share a flat with you. FLAT IS YET TO BE CHOSEN. WE CAN CHOOSE TOGETHER. A lot of the advertisements for flats require to rent the whole property. Then we can easily rent 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom properties, rent usually splits to £700 (MAX) per person and we can share the bills. I am looking for a long term flatmate. A bit about me: I am 26 year old PhD student. I am very calm and quiet as a person enjoy chatting/cooking with my flatmate. I keep the flat clean and tidy.
