Me and my flatmate are looking for either a summer sublet from the end of May/beginning of June until September OR somebody to move in permanently starting end of May/end of June who is going to be a student from September time - preferably Masters/PhD student as we'll both be starting Masters course ourselves.

The room is a small double bedroom, with furnishings (bed/mattress/clothing rack/chest of drawers). The flat is cozy with a big living room and a decent sized kitchen/diner.

My flatmate and I are pretty social and love to hang out together and do fun activities together as a flat. We do like to host friends for small gatherings and dinners from time to time but also enjoy our own space and general peace and quiet.

Bills (heating/elec/wifi) normally equate to 65-80£ each month depending on the time of the year. Council tax is around £60 each (from now til September).
