I'm a 23 year-old, female, full-time worker, looking for a reliable, honest lodger. Ideally, a young professional. Students ok too.

The building is primarily families and young professionals, so no party animals or loud instruments please.

No pets allowed.
Smokers ok, but strictly no smoking is allowed in any part of the building, so you must be ok with going outside! (Landlord's rule).

Brand new apartment, single room of a decent size, with a single bed, and some basic storage furniture.

Looking for someone friendly and trustworthy, who can come and go as they please, and let me do the same, as my hours at work vary.

Short-term or long-term.

Free car parking available.
Two minutes walk from nearest Metro station (5 stops to city centre), five minutes walk to nearest bus stops.

£375pcm: gas, electricity, council tax, water, and TV licence included.

One months rent is required at least a week prior to moving in, although the rent 'starts' the day you move in (e. g. 10th), and each month must be paid in advance before the same date on which you moved in (e. g. 10th of each month).

An additional deposit is also required (again, at least a week prior to moving in, £187. 50, two weeks rent).
This will be used as a "rent-free" final two weeks of tenancy.

I also ask that we meet up prior to a viewing (although the viewing may be on the same day!), because there's no point if we don't get on :)
