The room is situated on a first floor with a view on a beautiful garden.
The room is in very good size and have bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, book shelf and a wall mirror.
I am looking for someone tidy and friendly to replace my space, only moving out as I am moving in with my partner.
My housemates are more like a friends by now. Friendly and welcoming.
The house itself is about a 25 minute walk from Guildford station, Royal Surrey County Hospital, and the University of Surrey, and is ideal for young professionals and students alike. It is close to the A3 and is a short walk from a variety of shops and restaurants.
