My boyfriend and I live in Guildford in a 3 bedroom end of terrace character house, and are looking for a housemate/s to rent our spacious, en-suite loft room with river views. Furnished room. On-street parking available. We have a very friendly and loving 7 year old rescue pup called Toby.
We are looking for £1200pcm.
Bills are included, apart from food.

The house is very close to the river, close to London Road train station and is a 5 minute drive from Guildford town.
