We are currently looking for someone to fill the final room in our 4 bed property located in central Kemptown. We have paid all our parts so just looking for the final person to join us!
The House
The property has 4 rooms, 2 bathrooms and a large outside garden area. There is also a large living room/kitchen area on the ground floor alongside high speed internet with the normal utilities such as a washing machine and an oven. As the room available is the smallest in the house we would be willing to knock some of the weekly rent off to make things even.
About us
The house consists of me and 1 other guy alongside a girl, we have all lived with each-other for the past 2 years and are close friends. We do lots of activities such as cycling going to the beach and just general hanging out so you wont need to worry about living with people who don't know each other and might not get along. We go out around once a week to pubs or local events and enjoy relaxing and watching films together as well. We would be looking for someone who shares that same balance but would prefer someone sociable/more outgoing than reserved.
The area
The house is located right next to Kemptown centre with a nice park area 30 seconds from the house. There are numerous transport links to get into uni and Central Brighton is a short walk away. The beach is incredibly close only around 5 minutes away from the property.

- Unfortunately due to the nature of the tenancy we will be unable to accept someone without a UK guarantor.
- The deposit will be around 5 weeks rent so should be about £600
