Double Room in a normal British house located right next to Lewes Road.

Hi! I'm a student of the uni of Sussex looking for the next tenant that wants to continue the stay at the room! This is a sublet agreed upon by the landlord.
The room is available from around the end of the April (probably about 21st of April), and currently contracted until the 31st of August. You can extend the contract afterwards if you want.

This house is very accessible to supermarkets and bus stops as it is located right next to Lewes Road.
It is only a 3-minute walk to Aldi, 2-minute walk to the bus stop (Coombe Road) and 5-minute walk to Sport Brighton gym. If you're a student of the uni Brighton, I should say it's the perfect place to stay as it's only a 5 minute walk to Brighton Uni. There are a number of buses available, such as 23 and 25 going to the Uni of Sussex, 24 and 49 going to North Road and Churchill Square, and not to mention a bunch of buses going to Old Steine. Regarding trains, there is a Moulsecoomb Way train station 10-minute walk away.

The room is on the 1st floor, on the left hand side of the stairs. The room has a large double-glazed window of backyard view as per the photos, and gets plenty of sunlight during the day when it's sunny. It is a furnished room which has a double bed, desk, and a wardrobe.
You will have access to a shared Kitchen and a bathroom, and a backyard where you can put your bikes if you have one.

Your other Housemates will include a gentle and quiet PhD student and a Master's student both studying at the uni of Sussex. But you will be mainly living with only the PhD student as the Master's student is very busy and generally stays home only at night.

In regards to the bill, it will be covered till £70 a month, and the rest will be charged
