Looking for 1 person to take over my tenancy in a shared house. Located in Elm Grove, a 5-minute walk downhill to the Elm Grove bus station. The rent is 540pcm, excluding bills. The contract is till 31 August 2024, which would be approximately 6 months left. If u have an UK guarantor, u can pay it monthly. Or u have to pay for the whole 6 months.

The room is on the first floor, and share a bathroom with another room on the same floor, although the one who lives there is rarely at home. Bills each month are around 40 (wifi, electricity, gas and water). The house also has a big kitchen, 2 big fridges, a washing machine and a dryer. You will share this house with 4 other girls, who are all students.
