My two tenancies are clashing, so I would need someone to take over this lovely room over the summer, it is available from 6th June until mid September, I am quite flexible about moving out day. Perfect for someone who is studying at Sussex university as it is 10 minutes on the bus, walking distance to the Moulescoomb campus at Brighton university. As well as, less than 5 minutes walk from Moulescoomb station which takes you to Brighton in less than 10 minutes. We would only like someone who is friendly and tidy.
