I'm Joe, I'm a single man in my 30s looking for a lodger for my spare room. It's quite a small room (see pictures) so best suited to Mon-Fri lets but happy to consier 7 days a week too. Looking for somebody clean, tidy, considerate and LGBTQ+ friendly.
I work from home (part time, I'm also a masters student), so preferably looking for someone who doesn't also wfh due to space. I'm friendly, open-minded, fairly quiet. It would be nice to get to know each other a bit/have dinner or a drink occasionally but equally happy to do our own thing. The photos show some books and stuff in the room but this will be cleared out.
