the house has two bedrooms upstairs, bathroom( wet room), front room, living room, and kitchen on the ground floor and a nice garden.

it takes 15-20 mins to warwick uni by bus( number 11) and around 15 mins cycling. it’s quite close to earlsdon high street as well as to late night offies. it takes 20-25 mins to walk to the town centre.

the room is partly furnished, including desk, wardrobe, sofa. I can remove the furniture or you can keep it if you like.

I am a post-graduate student at Warwick Uni in the third year of my PhD in philosophy. I am living with my cat Marilyn. She is a very easy going indoor/outdoor cat.
