All mod cons including wardrobe, computer table, shelves, bed, sofa, coffee table and fridge. The house is occupied by the live-in owner (female) and one other female. We all work/study full time. Kitchen (incl. washing machine) and bathroom are shared. There is no shared living room and whilst a friendly and relaxed household we tend to do our own thing on an evening/weekends. Resident permit parking on street.
