I am moving out of my room. Available from July 20th 2024 until August 31st. 2024, short term lets also possible!

The room is very spacious and bright, with a nice desk and just new double bed. There are two bathrooms in the house with shower, two toilets, and a living space with table, comfortable couches and a large tv (with broadband, HDMI cable as well). The house is located in a quite area, with right next to it the beautiful St. Nicks nature reserve, and has a garden as well.

This would be ideal for a student at YSJ or UoY, both around 15-20 minutes walk away, 5 mins cycle or a short bus.

The housemates are a very friendly and welcoming bunch. I'd be looking for a student ideally.

The tenancy lasts until August, the rent is 180 pw everything included.
