The single bedroom will be available from 22/05/2024 until 30/09/2024 for £550pm. The rent includes all general maintenance costs (utilities, internet, council tax). The deposit is £500.

As I'm a PhD student myself, students are more than welcome to enquire. I like to think I'm an uncomplicated, tidy and organised live-in landlord. Besides my part-time PhD, I work as a product manager at Jaguar Land Rover and like to keep myself busy. The other housemate in the double bedroom is a uni student (female, 20).
