I am a 42-year-old male with my own small gardening business, serving clients across South East Hampshire.
Having purchased and moved into a brand-new 3-bedroomed town house, one mile from Waterlooville town centre, in late 2023, I have a double room available, for medium or long term let, with its own adjacent bathroom.
It is not intended to let the other bedroom on that floor ( there are 3 floors ) which is currently used as a store-room, but planned to become a study.
I have two off-road parking spaces at the rear of the property; one of which remains available.
I am looking for a single, male or female housemate, in full-time employment, who is prepared to share general household chores ( I’ll manage the garden!) .
I have said "No" to 'Smoking' above, although I am an occasional smoker myself; However, I do not smoke in the house, and would expect any housemate , who does smoke, to likewise do so only outside.
As I work long hours, I can only conveniently respond to enquiries in the evenings, after 6:00pm.
