I am moving out of my flat and looking to find someone to take over my room with a balcony, wardrobe and side table. We have furnished the flat and although the bathroom is shared my flatmate keeps things tidy. She is a student who enjoys going out and would be more comfortable with a female. We are a short walk from Maida Vale and Westbourne Park (tube stations). As well as this, Paddington and Notting Hill are about a 25 min walk in either direction.
