I am offering a lovely room with an ensuite bathroom in exchange for 4 hours work per day .

It would suit someone who works part-time or is retired or works flexibly from home.

The work would involve the following:
Mornjngs : 2-3 hours .
Cleaning and tidying.
Walking the dog- a lovely gentle cockapoo
Light gardening
life chores - at flexible times - anything I might need help with- go to drycleaner/ shops/ filing paperwork/ book things like flights/ just life admin !

You would need to be mature in outlook, speak in good English, be able to use basic Xcel and IT, very tidy and clean, and love dogs and gardens. You would share the living and cooking areas in the house with me.

I work part-time out of the house and travel a lot so you would need to be happy to dogsit when I am away.

You would be a total nonsmoker and non vaper.

You would need to provide personal character references and a BDS check

Once we have met and references are checked I would want a trial period of 1-2 weeks to see if it works .
