There's a back garden (with patio, lawn and flowerbeds), upstairs and downstairs toilets, a bright living room (see pictures), a great kitchen and two other downstairs rooms we have turned into offices during lockdown. There is also street parking available.

The house is in a nice, quiet residential area but a short walk from West Norwood high street which has supermarkets, cafes, a cinema, a library and everything you could need. West Norwood station is 5 minutes walk in one direction (Southern Rail services to London Bridge and Victoria), Tulse Hill about 10 minutes walk in the other (Thameslink access to Central London) and regular bus transport into Brixton.

This would be great for anyone working or studying from home or in Central London.
