We have a large and bright double room available in our three-bed flat. The Room is furnished with a double bed, an open wardrobe. The bookcase and shelves are all optional items and can be removed if you have your own. Plenty of room for a desk!

- Bright and spacious first floor flat with a large, shared living room, kitchen with washing machine, shower room, and separate toilet room.

- Situated on a quiet leafy street, less than a minute’s walk from the River Thames.

- A 5-minute walk to Pimlico tube station or 10mins for Vauxhall or Victoria station, additionally there are lots of bus routes in close proximity.

- Walking distance from many lovely parks, outside spaces, shops, and cafes. Great access to central London.

- Rent for the room is £950, including all bills (council tax, gas & electricity, fast internet, and water) Security deposit is £950.

- The 3 month availability is due to our landlords putting the flat up for sale ( 18 months ago), so far interest has been low, so we believe the room will be available for much longer (but we also want to manage expectations fairly). We have a great relationship with our landlords (having lived in the flat for over 10 years) and do check in with them regularity.

- Potential move in date is flexible mid/end of March or 1st April.

We are in our mid 30’s and share with Bobby the Cat, I am a Design researcher & maker and Chloe works as a sustainability researcher. The flat is fairly spacious and working from home which leaves the living room free. The house is generally calm, clean, and sociable.
