I would to offer a unique opportunity for a friendly and respectful individual to join me in my cozy flat for a short-term stay from around 20th June 2024 to 1st September 2024.
It's not a contract as long as both of us are happy sharing..

To say it very clear, this is not long-term renting or a renting home for me to be paying taxes on it And show it to government as renting property..
So my address cannot be used for official documents or getting visas

This is perfect for someone who appreciates a clean, organized space and is looking for a central location to enjoy London’s charm.

About the Space: My flat is a compact and tidy space with two bedrooms, one bathroom, and a kitchen.
NO EXTRA SETTING ROOM
One room is mine , one will be yours

It’s a personal space that I occasionally share, not just a rental property. As such, I’m selective about who I invite to stay here. The room available is my second bedroom, which I rent out on Airbnb when traveling.. but better to make less money but peace of mind with the right person to share for long-term then changing Airbnb guests every 4 days

Situated at SW1V 3BA, just a stone’s throw away from the Thames River.
A short walk to Victoria Train and Coach Stations, and Pimlico Underground.

Your Stay:
Think of it as staying with a new friend; you’ll have the place to yourself when I’m away, sharing only with occasional Airbnb guests.
Ideal for someone with minimal luggage (one or two pieces, Airbnb style).
Not suitable for long-term stays or those with many belongings.

House Rules:
Visitors: Limited to close family members for one night on rare occasions.
" So not bringing people home"
