Small double room available with shared bathroom and living area. There is off street parking available for 1 car.

I have modernised my home so it is open plan downstairs. The shared bathroom was renovated two years (May 2022) ago and I had new carpets fitted in February 2023. The blinds are also new.

The room is the box room in the house. The bed is a custom size so it can fit in sideways to free up more floor space, this does however mean that the person moving in would ideally need to be no taller than 5ft 9inches. The room has a built in wardrobes and plenty of shelves on the walls. The bed has a draw underneath for extra storage. Larger items could be stored in the loft if needed.

I have 2 cats. Most of the time I will take care of them, however if I am away and you are available I might ask for help with this, unless that's a problem.

There isn't really room for a desk, so WFH isn't ideal.

The price is on the lower end of the scale purely for the size of the room.
